Names starting with the letter "S"

When a member of Ranger Squad has a name that starts with the letter "S" (After RS- tag) they can spell it with either a lowercase or a uppercase. When addressing those persons it is acceptable to use either form of "S", with the important exception of shruew. shruew is ALWAYS lowercase, he owns the intellectual property to requiring a lowercase acknowledgment.
