As with many running jokes in Ranger Squad, "pew pew pew" started out innocantly enough as RS-GenG was discussing an occurance as he was sniping. It was truely a Great Story. RS-shruew quickly latched on to the phrase "pew pew pew" and started using it constantly that night. The phrase eventually stuck. It briefly took on another connotation, as hinted by a certain emoticon in the forums, but this usage seems to have fallen by the way side.
