 There's no way that scrawny guy is going to hold a fish that large with his arms straight out.  That thing would weigh like 100 pounds.  I don't know how many stone that is but it's heavy.

i don't think this is photoshopped.  just a trick of the eye.  look right under the gills and you can see if left fingers.  they're massive!  this reminds of that rattlesnake picture from years ago:

the picture isn't fake, but the position of the camera and lense that is used give it a much larger appearance.
