No. Usually its missing the "drums" and is just pure bass. Just WUB WUB WUB WUUUUUB. Not pt tsh pt tsh pt tsh pt tsh. Werd. lol

It does depend on what you're listening through as well. Dub on most headphones just isn't the same as a separate sub. there are lots of hidden *waves* I can only really get out of my friends car.

That said, there is 15% dubstep I like on youtube and 85% sh!t.

There is like some really "nasty" stuff that is just a sick drop with some slightly unpleasant sounds in there. But I'm more into the smooth stuff like MtEden that progressively gets deep.

And blah MtEden is amateur at best... imo.. he samples a lot more than you think... no disrespect to him tho I'm not saying i don't enjoy stuff he does.. but he has a long way to go and I'm sure he will make it.

Oh apart from stuff coming up as 'drumstep' but anything i have heard of that 'genre' has been complete wank and not worth listening to..
