How epic BC2 is when the beta comes out on thurs/fri. I pre-ordered yesterday and if this game isn't fun I'm gonna cry (and cancel my pre-order, having learned from MW2 to be safe rather than sorry).

As to the beta yeah we should be getting beta keys starting today, and then d/l for beta goes up on 28th at ~12PST i believe.

Sniper rifles have bullet travel time and bullet drop (although neither feels accurate judging by vids. Distances are over/under exaggerated to show off certain mechanics. better than MW fail though). I haven't played with proper bullet drop since DF2 sniping really (was in BHD and JO but with elevation adjusting it was meh, in Df2 you just had the crosshairs to adjust by).

Point being I'm excited to be the resident scout sniper, something I haven't been able to do fully in ages. In MW I couldn't properly scout because it was always a head on battle, not good flanking etc.

What classes is everyone else looking at playing?

Also, the 4v4v4v4 games sounds interesting. Need to make a team. :D

2 is released tonight.  I was looking for some steam deal that packaged 1 and 2, but didn't see one.  I'll probably will wait for that.

I should really play more Fallout3, but it's been so long since I've played I'll probably just have to start over since I won't remember what the heck I was supposed to be doing....

I played maybe 8 hours of fallout but it ended up being too slow for me. The first ME was quite fun and I suggest playing it before the second (doesn't take too long to beat) for the story continuity.

I pre-ordered BC2 this morning,then i re-installed BF2 and have been playing it on and off this afternoon--I forgot how much fun that game is,and believe it or not,theres still a few servers going that are populated as well

Medis--FTW(Ive always played medic in the BF series,cause I can heal myself ,I tend to need that alot :) )

Gamestop keys won't be sent out until tomorrow it turns out. Doesn't matter since you can't even begin to start d/ling the game until the 28th anyway.
