was going throu the forums and people are coimng up with loads of problems..cd needed errors etc. It didnt take long for people to start complaining thou lol

most people dont understand its a beta and issues will pop up..

they did a really good job with the ps3 beta and making fixes.. and besides people bitch about anything.. tis the way of the interwebz.

yeah, check the links Dolph posted. People started bitching about the CD keys. Even once the Steam rep. posted how it's all gonna work (i.e. check games tab etc),  PEOPLE didn't even bother to read and continued bitching....incredible.

My DL speeds are super low...lol....gonna be a while.

ugh, lol..dude, move on cuz u failz.

Anyways, having issues with my beta.

if I click play now (yes I am logged in, stats updated) it gives the connection to server lost error.

If i try to go to server browser, whole game crashes to desktop - no errors.  Happening to a few apparently. Dunno if it's Steam only or not.

I called my wife when I left the office and walked here through how to start up Steam and begin the DL... I expected it to take forever and figured that it'd still be downloading after i picked up the kids and finally got home.

To my surprise, it was done when I got home ~ 45 minutes after she started it.

Now, I just need to feed/bathe/read to the boys before they go to bed and I can start playing.

ugh... so when i preordered the game from gamestop, i checked "in store pickup".  No beta for "in store pickup".  Cancelled that order and just got it on Steam.  hopefully i'll get it before too long.

I did the exact same thing...  It should be in your games tab looking to be installed.
