I had some issue one day..then I hopped on later that night, and all has been OK since.
Apparently there is a mode called "extreme" and it's Hard Core +. Bullets and explosions do more damage. It was kinda tough...
Snipers and their gadgets are seriously fucked up. I've never really sniped - I took up some counter sniping in DF:LW and that was about it. I took up sniping here, and I am decent..but too deadly if you ask me. Snipers are just too powerful man. I;d rather be a medic, in the middle of it if their guns didn't blow so much.
Also, on a sort of side note/question: Sometimes, if I am in CQB environment, if me and an enemy are really close and are running around one another and shooting, I will see him in front of me, shooting to my left, and I am behind him shooting him..but he kills me. So is that server lag? OR am I lagging? I don't have any visible FPS stutter, but could that be a factor? Or is HE lagging?
This is not the first time this has happened to me in gaming. It's annoying because you expect "oh he's dead, because I am behind him..nope"
Yes, I am pretty sure it's the same dude that kills me and not someone else.
