OK...

The problem is with Capture the Flag.  Map doesn't matter but every time someone dies during CTF the server CI's real bad.  Wierd.  Maybe we need to post this on OW forums.  I'll look inot it more tomorrow.

I didn't see anything in the OW forums but seem to remember people saying that CTF was broken in the past.  Anyone else remembering the same?

Is it possible that something got corrupted during upload?

I never tried CTF since the 1.6 install.

There is a new option that the bomb sites are 'safe zones' and you can't put clays on them or throw nades at them because that's what you're trying to protect...
Looking at the log, it looks like there's a problem with the new 'safe zones' and CTF since there aren't any safe zones.

I'm still looking into it and posting on the OW forum.

If we have a COD4 server that people regularly visit, it makes the job of eventually drawing people into our MW2 server that much easier.  If the server is up when the game first drops, people will come to it.  If they like the game play, they'll come back as long as it's populated.
